A tip to avoid overeating. Is that well written?
Well, anyways… when I eat, I usually tend to have a little more than I was supposed to, and a way to control that is this way. If we keep eating with more of the food near, we’ll probably pick a bit more! Just what happens when you eat straight out of the container (or whatever) it’s in. So yeah, also I’ve seen some asks about people who wonder how to do that, and here’s a little something.
There will probably be someone who searches for the negative side of this tip, but that’s fine, its tumblr ya know
how awesome is it that there is absolutely no one like you on earth? not exactly like you. you may look like someone else but you’re never gonna have the same thoughts or feelings.
you are absolutely unique. and we should try to stop caring about the stereotypes society has for us. why fit into a label, when you can be your own, original one? without limits.
so hey, start being yourself, appreciate yourself and werk it.

Anatomy of the perfect oats. Just an idea I had recently. This is my definition of what an awesome bowl of oats is made of. Even though oats by themselves are pretty good, mix in some of these ingredients and bam they’re the most delishus thang.
Why? You have no regrets after you do it, you just know you did well :).

Breakfast! Coffee oatmeal :O.
1/2 cup oatmeal toasted with a bit of butter, and then cooked with almond milk, truvia, and instant coffee. Topped with honey, granola and chocolate sprinkles. Also, a kiwi. But I was too full so I left the kiwi for later, to be part of a morning snack.
I love oatmeal, fo real.
I think this are the most relevant things to do before running. Really, it sucks to have uncomfortable underwear getting in your booty, having your lips chapped/dry, wanting to go to the bathroom… having a pain, etc. These are some of the things, and they are optional really, but there are more! What things do you do before running? Some runners use vaseline but I don’t know a lot about that really.
So yep i’m kinda obsessed with kiwis atm <3

Anyways, some people like to use the scale to measure their progress, some don’t. I think there’s nothing wrong with that, and i think that the scale is just one of the proofs that you’re doing well. But there are other super awesome proofs to measure your progress. How much weight you can lift, your resistance, how your clothes fit, how you feel about yourself…
Don’t ever let the results on the scale make you sad, because it’s just a number with an specific meaning, that won’t necessarily fit with what you are able to see. Sometimes these results can make you happy, too, but why not be already happy with all the other changes you can notice in yourself?
Seriously, don’t ever give up. We all make mistakes.

Pretty much I’m trying to say, get to love working out and eating right, don’t just do it as an obligation… at first you probably won’t start like that, but with time, you’ll get to love it. Don’t get too obsessed with it neither. Do it because you like it. Get excited for working out and trying new things. Smile.
