My name's Andrea, I'm a pshychology student and kind of a runner from Venezuela, and this is my blog. It's a secondary blog but it's the only one that I use, so my main username is 'esandrea'. This blog was made to accomplish a healthier lifestyle, to get motivation and give motivation, to speak out my thoughts. También hablo español :-)

Morningggggggggg.
Pretty much I’m trying to say, get to love working out and eating right, don’t just do it as an obligation… at first you probably won’t start like that, but with time, you’ll get to love it. Don’t get too obsessed with it neither. Do it because you like it. Get excited for working out and trying new things. Smile.

Think about it. All of us on our journey start to develop mental strength. It’s easier for some, harder for others, but you’ll get there if you’re willing to.
Mental strength is not necessarily related to eating, it is also related (in the health-point-of-view) to other things like exercising. I know, sometimes, if physical conditions stop you, you can’t just get through them with mental strength. But sometimes you can. You can push yourself through that muscular pain of a though workout if you set your mind to be strong.
And with time it’ll become easier and easier, you’ll see. Or we’ll see. ‘Cause I’m struggling with it too :).
Okay this drawing was hard to portray haha, I didn’t know what to do to express mental strength.
Hope you like this post.
